He is survived by: his mother Dorette Hill; his stepfather Tommy Hill; his father Kevin Bowen; his stepmother Kelli Bowen; his siblings, Mason Bowen, Lucas Hill and Amanda Atkinson; his brother-in-law Jason Atkinson; his siblings' children, Cameron, Christian Atkinson and Olivia Atkinson; and his grandparents, Darlene Laverne, Barry Musolf, Sr., Billy, Kate Craig, James, Dorothy Williams, Tom, Gloria Bowen, Kenny, Maryann Hill and Ronald Maier. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
