He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and John; his siblings, Thomas Holder and Martha Shaver; his nephew Hayes Holder; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Sadowski, Hopkins Sadowski, Mark Sadowski, Brenda Maxwell and Dorothy Holder; Birdie Pritchard and Charles Pritchard.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Hopkins; his brothers, Mike Einhorn (Ann) and Robert Holder (Ingrid); his sister-in-law Claudia Sadowski (Mark); his siblings' children, Marianne Russo, Steve Russo, Derrick Hopkins, Cindy Hopkins, Kaitlyn Sadowski, David Beale and Melissa Beale; his friend Frank DiLeo; Stella Hopkins (Ronnie).
