He was predeceased by: his parents, Jorge Zarate and Frandila Zarate. He is survived by: his wife Judith Zarate; and his children, Maria E. Zarate, Fanny Zarate, Ela Zarate and Jorge Luis Zarate. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, sisters, nieces, nephews, and loving family members.
