He is survived by: his parents, Sal Spirito and Italian Restaurant; his wife Cheryl Hathaway-Spirito; his children, Nicole Spirito, Renee Hathaway and Michael Hathaway (Priscilla); his siblings, Louise Cook and Tony Spirito; and his grandchildren, Jason and John.
