She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Antonio Caram and Haydee Periasco; her grandson Kevin Carvalho; her sister Maria Hayee Caram of Montevideo, Uruguay; her children, Patricia Nievas of Rahway, NJ, Laura Carvalho of Hallandale Beach, FL, Andrea Martinez of El Pinar and Eduardo Martinez of Montevideo, Uruguay; her grandchildren, Alex, Anthony, Agustin, Nicolas, Samantha, Sabrina and Thiago; her granddaughter-in-law Thaisa Carvalho; Blanca Lusinger. She was also cherished by sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes contributions to be made to the American Stroke Foundation.
