He was predeceased by: his sibling John W. Loepsinger. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Sr. and Francis Loepsinger (Metzger); and his nephews, Christopher Debbie, Jeffrey Debbie, Robert Romak and John Loepsinger. He is also survived by friends, and most of all his beloved dogs.
