He is survived by: his son Trucking; his father Carl O. Pack; his brother Glen Pack; his grandmother Delores Sanko; and his uncles, Dough McGuire, Debbie McGuire, Gary Pack, Ruth Anne Pack, Allen Wells, Colleen Wells, Howard Uhl, Patricia Uhl and Timothy Pack. He is also survived by several cousins and many devoted friends.
