He was predeceased by: his son Philip Cozzo; and his siblings, Joseph Adinolfi and Elizabeth Wycoff. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. "Betty" Adinolfi; his daughter Gina M. Adinolfi (William J. Sojka); and his sister-in-law Ann Adinolfi. He is also survived by grandnieces and one grandnephew.
