He is survived by: his parents, Mechyslau Maslovski and Irina Pierce (Kulikovski); his husband Mohamed "Freddy" Elkholy; his child Nathan Van Kersen; his grandparents, Teresa and Mechyslau Kulikovski; his aunt Maryna Kulikouskaya; his uncle Ivan Buzhynski; his cousin Vlad Buzhynski; Samantha Van Kersen. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
