He was predeceased by : his parents, Julian Bazarnicki and Evelyn Bazarnicki. He is survived by : his brother Brian; his sister-in-law Andrea; his sister Barbara; his brother-in-law Steve Angiolino; and his nieces and nephews, Alex, Quentin, Brian Jr., Kyle and Avery.
