He was predeceased by : his sister Karen. He is survived by : his wife Regina Smith; his children, Brian, Cherice Smith, Kevin, Mary Smith, Megan, David Jankowski and Michael Smith; his grandchildren, Christopher, John, Alexis and Zaiden; and his siblings, James, Jo-Anne, George, Julie, Linda and Raymond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
