He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice Bumbrey; his child Jassmin Bumbrey-DeCastro; his stepchild Shawn Davis; his parents, Elizabeth "Betty" Bumbrey and Joseph Earl Bumbrey, Sr.; and his siblings, Eric Bumbrey, Patrice Bumbrey and Nakova Bumbrey Ward. He was also cherished by grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rockaway Assembly of God (113 E Main St, Rockaway, NJ 07866).
