It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Black (Red Bank, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on April 18, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, John Black and Beatrice O'Malley; his wife Barbara Markert Black; his daughters, Theresa (John Galvin) and Linda (Dean Daghita); his grandchildren, Erin, Michael, Matthew Galvin, Colleen and John Daghita; his great grandchildren, Darian Daghita and Maylee Daghita; his sister Elizabeth Chadwick; and also Tinton Falls.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent in Jack's memory to Saint Andrew College Seminary, 400 South Orange Ave, South Orange, NJ 07079.
