He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Condina and Fortuna Condina; his in-laws, Larry and Marie Vernol; his sisters, Maria Burgess and Vera Schopfer; and his granddaughter Amy Warshaw.

He is survived by : his wife Alice Condina (Vernol); his daughters, Judy Warshaw (Brian), Patricia Swan (Kent), Joanne Frazee (Anthony) and Linda Hinspeter (Michael); his grandchildren, Tara Stevenson (Zachary), Christopher Warshaw (Alie), Michael Swan (Adri), Alison Tarrats (John), Emily Estavanik (Kevin), Jenna Frazee, Morgan Lester (Tyler), Matthew Callahan, Marty Hinspeter and Stephanie Bartlett (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Carter, Autumn, Madison, Parker and Adelaide.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) formerly Be the Match.
