She was predeceased by: her husband Emil Becker Born. She is survived by: her children, Alice and Mark; her grandchildren, Tyler J Howe of Ridgewood, NJ and Emily Howe Cearfoss (Robert) of Glen Burnie, MD; and her great grandchild Owen Robert Cearfoss.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorial contributions be made in Elsie's name to the Friends of the Ridgewood Library.
