She is survived by: her husband Andy; her sons, Craig, Loren Lembo Mularz (Paul Mularz) and Richard Lembo (Nancy Spania Lembo); and her grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, Manon Mularz, Nicholas, Christopher and Jonathan Lembo.
