He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fillipo Maltese and Margherita Mannino Maltese; his wife Rose Coraci Maltese; his children, Margaret McDeed (Scott), Maria Maltese, Santa Stevenson (David), Philip Maltese (Paulette) and Linda Adams (Ken); his grandchildren, Sheena, Brandon, Alexander, Jessica, Bridget, Thomas, Peter and Rose; his great grandchildren, Natalia, Xavier and Emilia; and his siblings, Nicolo Maltese, Antonino Maltese, Santa Palazzolo, Salvatore Maltese, Maria Stella Farina, Maria Antonia O'Connor, Josephine Leone and Frank Maltese.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Tampa, Florida.
