He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Ward Sr. and Dorothy Ward (Nichols); and his siblings, Kenneth Ward and Judy Todd. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ward (Potter); his son Larry Ward (Donna) of Lakewood Ranch, FL; and his grandsons, Anthony and Adam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crabiel Home For Funerals (170 N Main St, Milltown, NJ 08850). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Van Liew Cemetery (585 Georges Rd, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902).
