He is survived by : his wife Julia De Groat; his children, Frank, Jr., Clinton and Kourtney; his grandchildren, Francisco Sierra and Bria De Groat; his siblings, Sidnore De Groat (Brenda), Milton De Groat (Barbara), Adrianna Batchelor and Henrietta Mann (Ernest); his mother-in-law Maryland Milligan; and his siblings-in-law, Claudette Coleman (William), Paulette Milligan, Valerie Gunn (Terry), Leah Milligan (Howard), Sharon Mann (Wayne), Connie Van Dunk (Arthur), Maretta Van Dunk, Charles Milligan (Luanne), Tyrone Milligan (Melissa) and Garrett Milligan (Allison). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
