She is survived by: her grandchildren, Faith Reilly, Brenna Reilly, Daniel Mazurek III (Shannon McGowan), Jack Mazurek and Nate Mazurek; her husband Dan; her children, Daniel Mazurek, Jr. and Janice Pruiksma (Scott Pruiksma); her brothers, Bill Lemakos of Treadwell, NY, Jim Lemakos (Renee) of Delray Beach and Bob Lemakos (Troy); her nephews, Matthew Lemakos and Peter Lemakos; and her pet Buddy.
As a recipient of a liver transplant over a decade ago, Jean had always requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made in her name to NJ Sharing Network – a local organization for organ donation located in New Providence, NJ.
