She was predeceased by : her husband James "Randy" Bitzer; her grandson Daniel Bitzer; her parents, Jacobus and Maria; and her brothers, Jack, Fred and Neil Van Den Broek.

She is survived by : her sons, Jeffrey Bitzer (Valerie) of Monroe, NY and Bradley Bitzer (Tamara) of Wanaque; her grandchildren, Christina Bitzer and Tyler Bitzer of Monroe; and her sister Anita Haycook (Harold) of New Smyrna Beach, FL..
