It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A Smith of Ringwood, New Jersey, born in Clifton, New Jersey, who passed away on February 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her brother Jim Perkowski. She is survived by : her children, Donna Smith Sisco, Ronald "Scott" Smith and Leroy Smith, Jr. (Maureen Kennedy); her brother Richard Perkowski; her grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Daniel Sisco, Justin, Jennifer Smith, Krista and Zachary Smith; and her great grandchild Ava.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's memory to the Department for Persons with Disabilities or the Veterans Administration would be greatly appreciated by her family.
