He was predeceased by: his parent Russell F.; his wife Frances Elizabeth Cook (Aiken); and his son William Cook. He is survived by: his parent Mae Cook, Sr. (Vreeland); his children, Ronald J. Cook, Sr., Wendy E. Atfield and Colleen M. Pfefferkorn; his grandchildren, Louise W., Jose W., Paola L. Atfield, Matthew Carroll, John P., Britney Pfefferkorn, Kory M. and KellyAnn Cook; and his great grandchildren, Thomas J., Gabriella A., Kingston E. and Ronin H. Cook.
