He was predeceased by: his parent Maurice Lucas; and his siblings, Virginia Lucas, Maurice Lucas, John Lucas, Sissy Poehls, Gloria Rapagna, Marie Fry, Fred Lucas and James Lucas.
He is survived by: his parent Esther Fallon Lucas; and his siblings, Woody Lucas, Robert Lucas, Richard Lucas, Barbara Farace, Janet Curran and Katherine Dever. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in Russ's name to the VFW Post 1817 Burlington, 142 Riverbank, Burlington, NJ 08016.
