He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Wagner and Beverly Wagner. He is survived by: his brother David C. Wagner; his sisters-in-law, Christy (Stephen G. Wagner) of Millsboro, DE and Susan of Piscataway, NJ; and his sister Gerri Ann Wagner of Robbinsville, NJ. He is also survived by his 5 nieces and 4 nephews.
