He was predeceased by : his parents, George M. Comisky and Elizabeth L. Comisky; his siblings, Helen Bren and Charles F. Comisky; and his wife Deborah Duckrey.

He is survived by : his daughter Laura Comisky; his former life partner Charlotte Comisky; and his siblings, George E. Comisky, Russell Comisky, Albert Comisky Dorothy Kaczor, MaryAnn Blasig, Carol Voorhees, Richard Comisky, James Comisky and Edward Comisky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
