He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Sr.; and his sister Patricia Foster Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Mooney); and his brother Frank Foster, Jr. (Marlene Hollier) of Texas. He is also survived by his German Shepherds: his girl "Greta" and his boy.
