He was predeceased by: his parents, Gennaro and Virginia (Rosemarie); and his siblings, Anna Scalabrelli, Jerry and Carmine.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Robin), John (Angela), Virginia Ferraro (Dean), Mark (Margaret), Christina Brisebois (Gerald) and Vincent Conforti Costanza; his siblings, Virginia DeRogatis, Marie Grapenthin and Perry; his grandchildren, Rosemarie, Michael, Peter, Julianne, Catalina, Giovanna, Maximus, Matteus, Alexander and Cassie; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Octavian and Adriel.
