He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Elsie; his brother J. Albert; and his son Robert Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Ann Sloan); his sons, Carl and Rob Edward; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth; his grandson Martin James; and his siblings-in-law, June Nitche, Barbara Sloan and Stanton Sloan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews.
