She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Peñalosa and Engracia Denalo; and her siblings, Calixto Peñalosa, Josefa Orbeta and Constancia Arpon (Ernesto Mesias Closa).
She is survived by: her children, Luzvimindo Closa, Emillie Closa Celestial, Ernesto Closa, Jr. and Janet Closa-Candelaria; her sons-in-law, Jimmy Celestial and Antonio Candelaria; and her grandchildren, Lois Teya, Tyra, Jemimah, Jeremiah Joseph, Christopher, Christian, Charlie, Charmaine, Joseph Anthony and Helen Elizabeth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends.
