With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian J Puckett in Rosemont, New Jersey, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Juliana Kaltsounis Puckett; his children, Stella, Julia and Vasilios; his parents, Bill Puckett and Janice Puckett; his brother Christopher Puckett (Melissa); his niece Sarah; his nephew Benjamin; and his in-laws, Bill and Stella Kaltsounis.

In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the National Pancreas Foundation in honor of Dr. Brian J. Puckett, PharmD, MD.
