He is survived by: his parents, Richard Scott Sr. and Brenda Scott; his children, James Pinto, Allison Scott, Richard Scott III and Deanna Wallace (Philip); his nephew Shydee; his siblings, Annetta Burch, Anthony Harris and Elmer Scott (Teddy); and his grandchildren, Richard Wilson, Marion Wilson, Philip Wallace Jr., Deasia Logan, Destiny Wallace, Olivia Wallace and Averi Wallace. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
