She was predeceased by: her spouse John A. Boughman. She is survived by: her children, Walter J. (Linda) and John A. Jr.; her grandchildren, Walter J. Jr. (Gina) and Michael A. (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Cody Jr., Jessica Jr., Katie Jr. and Michael, Jr.; and her child Parish. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mary Alice to the charity of your choice.
