Haworth (David); his grandchildren, Allison, Melissa Haworth and Brianna Bauer; his siblings, James, Donald (Margaret) of Virginia Beach, VA. and Joanne Dallos (Wayne) of Butler, PA; and his sister-in-law Barbara of Maple Grove, MN.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
