He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma H. and Warren R. Plank, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Deborah A. Howley; his brother-in-law Charles H. Cook; his sibling's children, Christopher M. Howley, Jessica Anne Howley and James Wilson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Llewellyn, Rocco Wilson, Clara Wilson and Christian Wilson.
