It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Spencer (Runnemede, New Jersey), who passed away on August 17, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent John G.; and his sibling John G. Spencer. He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen; his children, Jill Ann Spencer and Diana Lee De Meo (James); his parent Leona Spencer, Sr.; and his sibling Leona Banicki (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
