He is survived by : his wife Elaine Cornell Mulligan of Wyckoff; his children, Mary Carol Steele of Concord, MA, Alice Bernhard (Kenneth) of Westport, CT and Robert Mulligan, Jr. (Suzanne) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Patrick, Kate Steele, Robert III, Kasey and Jack Mulligan; his stepchildren, Melissa Hartigan (Cris) of Paramus, NJ, Christopher Cornell of Thousand Oaks, CA, Jack, Emma Hartigan, Kyle and Scott Cornell; and his daughter-in-law Elaine.
