It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Claire Salamon of Sayreville, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on June 8, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Stephen Chunco and Eugenia Chunco; and her husband Frederick. She is survived by : her children, Eric Salamon (Julia) and Susan Salamon; her siblings, John Chunco and Colleen Davis (William); her brother-in-law Theodore Salamon; and her cousin June Wurtman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Claire enjoyed arts & crafts, sewing, cooking, entertaining family and friends, traveling and she was a proud activist for Parkinson's disease.
