She is survived by: her siblings, Yvonne Ortiz of Langhorne, PA, Yvette Ortiz Delgado of North Brunswick and Carlos Ortiz of Davenport, FL; and her siblings' children, Nelson Todd Rodriguez, Chris, Scott Ortiz, Monica Ortiz Hopkins, Dawn Ortiz Farbman, Lauren Ortiz and Kristen Delgado.
