He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Nawoj; his parents, Walter Nawoj and Wanda Nawoj; and his brothers-in-law, William Sulikowski and Stefan Sulikowski.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Nawoj (Paul Wright), John Nawoj, Scott Nawoj and Kathleen (Daniel Batko); his grandchildren, Christina Gianettino, Thomas Apgar, Dylan Batko and Tayler Batko; his great grandchild Logan Gianettino; and his sisters, Sophie (Roman Roskowinski), Mary Sulikowski and Terry (Ed Fritz). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maliszewski Memorial (121 Main St, Sayreville, NJ 08872). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 9:15 AM and at 10:00 AM at the St Stanislaus Kostka RC Church (225 MacArthur Ave, Sayreville, NJ 08872).
