With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Apsley Hoffman (Scotch Plains, New Jersey), born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on February 2, 2020 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William F. Apsley; and her father-in-law Richard "Mose" Hoffman. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Apsley Karsenty; her husband Roy Richard Hoffman; her son Matthew; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Hoffman; her daughter Nicole; her son-in-law Joseph Caiazzo; her grandchildren, Colt, Kelsea and Alexander; her siblings, Kenneth Apsley (Sheila), Robert Apsley (Janice), Richard Apsley (Michelle) and Jill Apsley (Jenn); and her mother-in-law Anna Hommer Hoffman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family; and many dear friends.
Known by her grandchildren as 'DeDe', they will benefit from the foundation of love that she has poured for them, a foundation which can never be destroyed.
