She was predeceased by: her spouse Lou. She is survived by: her children, Anthony DeCristofaro (Tony), Linda Circelli and Debra Murphy (Debbie); and her siblings, Mary Helen Sullivan, Charles and Terrance Johnson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Family asks in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson Foundation tribute gift in the name of Nancy DeCristofaro.
