He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Fleming and Helen E. Foy Fleming. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Fleming (Bird); his children, Sondra Zavaglia (James), Philip E. Fleming, Jr. (Barbara), Scott B. Fleming, James M. Fleming (Kim) and Bruce P. Fleming (Kimi); and his sister Nancy McNamara. He is also survived by six grandchildren as well as three great-grandchildren.
