He is survived by: his wife Marie Rienzo Agliozzo; his grandchildren, Michael Carl O'Connor, Christopher O'Connor, Matthew O'Connor, Andrew Chapman, Dean Chapman and Nicholas Chapman; and also John Chapman M. D..
