He was predeceased by : his wife Catherine; and his son Albert Baxter, Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Theresa Tally (Andy), Barbara Barringer, William Baxter (Sandy), Kimberly Guadagno (Tom) and Patricia Lash; his girlfriend Maryellen Fishman; and his pet Sollie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
