She was predeceased by: her parents, Renato Laia and Maddalena Laia; and her husband John A. Mazzucco. She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Mazzucco and John Jay Mazzuco (Lee) of Hillsborough; her grandchildren, Brian Mazzucco (Lena), Lauren, John Szukis and Dylan Levash; and her siblings, Elena Bioidi of Green Brook and Joseph Laia of Florida. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and extended family.
