He is survived by: his wife Jill O'Keeffe; his son Brendan; his mother Margaret O'Keeffe; his sibling's children, Darren, Dianna, Christopher, Darian, Thomas, Samantha, Hannah, Mackenzie, Kylie, Miranda, Cameron and Gianna; his wife Philip Pietraski; his father-in-law Philip Pietraski; and also, Katrina Pietraski and Apollo.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in Brian's name to American Heart Association PO Box 417005 Boston, MA 02241-7005.
