We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2018, at the age of 91, Bertha Hylkema (South Plainfield, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick; her sibling Happy; her children, Peter Provenzano (Debbie) of Westampton, John Provenzano (Janice) of Washington and AnnMarie Provenzano of Tinton Falls; her grandchildren, Elena Martiak (Erick), Rossi Provenzano, Chris, John, Jennifer Hylkema and Matthew Oostdyk; her great grandchildren, Caterina, Isla and Brenna; and her sister Margaret "Midge" DeRose of South Plainfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations sent to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
