It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Bridget Bruen of South River, New Jersey, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Gallagher and Marianne Gallagher; her husband Thomas J. Bruen; her daughter Mary Bruen; and her siblings, Charles Gallagher, Anna-Mae Doran and Teresa Bruen.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Bruen (Maureen) of Farmingdale, Margaret Hames (Charles) of South Orange and Elizabeth Bruen of West Orange; and her grandchildren, Liam Bruen, Kieran Bruen and Julia Hames.
