He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Klitzner and Fay Freedman-Klitzner of Elizabeth, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Adele; his brother Herb Klitzner; his daughters, Rebecca Klitzner and Lauren Pallone (Adam); and his granddaughter Kendall Pallone.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Orrin's memory to his granddaughter Kendall's "Kendall Hope Pallone Foundation" P.O. Box 675 Sparta, NJ 07871-0675.
